All of our Katahdin lamb is raised on pasture and fed a diet free of hormones or antibiotics. If you are one of the few who loves liver, this is a treat. If not, liver makes great cat food! 

Because the size of each animal varies, the size of the cuts vary. We will make every effort to meet your request but weights will not be exact and could be up to .25 lbs larger. No additional charge will apply.
